Mentoring in the Grade program is about forming a dream of who one wants to be and taking practical action now to live towards your goals step by step. The program presents citizenship, friendship, study, and fatherhood as ideals for growth. In addition to the one-on-one mentoring conversations scheduled directly with the mentors, the Grade offers the seminar on the first Wednesday of the month, which forms students humanly and professionally, and a doctrine class on the remaining Wednesdays of the month, which provides instruction in the Catholic Faith.
The Big Picture Grade Seminar (Freshmen and Sophmores) will focus on human virtues and the character development themes of service, setting daring goals, making growth in ideals practical, flow in work, identity, freedom and authority, using summer well, friendship, and being a man of culture.
The cost of The Grade for the year is $400 with a $800 cap per family. Scholarships are available on a need basis.
Payment may be made by Credit Card, Zelle zelle@wingrencenter.org or check "Wingren Foundation Inc."
